Maroon 5 and Rihanna performing "If I Never See Your Face Again" live on FNMTV. Let me just say...Wow. They do have chemistry, but vocals were purrfect in this performance. And Rihanna looked hot in the blue dress.

Great promotion!

Backstreet Boys in O2 Hall, In London. This is captured from their "Unbreakable-Tour", proadcasted on MSN Music. "Unmistakable" is one of my highlights from their career and they definately didn't dissapoint us when we saw them on their gig in Finland, review seen on "VipMedia Goes Live..."-page. This is definately one of the highlights in London gig too. They definately are at their best with flawless vocals in ballads.

Just wanted to post this. Enjoy!

The Saturdays/If This is Love (Live)
Posted on 25.6.08 at 12:56 PM.

The Saturdays performing "If this is Love" for the first time, on Nokia Green Room Live. The girls seemed to be nervous, but they looked gorgeous in the stage with all the lights and colourful dresses. Only problem was vocals. But they'll get better. Fans have reported though that in the Girls Aloud Tour, where they are their supporting act, they perform better vocally. They are just new and fresh, they'll learn.

Request/GBI (Featuring Kylie)
Posted on 21.6.08 at 2:25 AM.

One of the most weird videos/songs we have ever posted. BUT due requests made, we decided to post it. It's ten years old, pretty rare track these days, from Towa Tei that features no other than Pop-princess Kylie Minogue. German Bold Italic is the name of the song, mostly known as "GBI". I must confess I've never listened the track before. But I didn't guite miss much of anything. Anyway, Kylie-fans especially will treasure this one and appreciate this more than we did.

Melanie C and B/
Posted on at 8:36 PM.

Melanie B, that is almost done with her 3rd solo album, But she is still answering to questions about Spice Girls gigs. But the truth is, everyone wants to know more.

"Whilst swanning around the Riviera at this year's 48th Monte Carlo Festival, Take 40 Australia - there to interview Melanie Brown! Interestingly enough, despite being a huge star of the US version of 'Dancing With The Stars' earlier this year, and starring in an upcoming TV talent show with Joey Fatone (from N'Sync), Mel B wasn't there to promote her TV appearances, she was in fact there in her new role as an entertainment correspondent for US TV show 'Access Hollywood'! There was only one thing we wanted to know.... WHY DIDN'T THE SPICE GIRLS TOUR DOWN UNDER IN AUSTRALIA EARLIER THIS YEAR, AS PREVIOUSLY REPORTED?

"Can I just say that our tour started off with one date booked, and then things just escalated and snowballed," she explained. "We never actually set dates - it kinda just rollercoastered. Tickets should never have even gone on sale in some places - I don't know whether they did in Australia or not, but we didn't even know that. We should've come to Australia - that's a shame that we didn't," she concedes, before adding, "I will - I'll come and visit you guys when I release my next album."

And for the last thing, Much Music's MMVA08 were last sunday. New Kids on the Block, Girlicious and Rihanna performed on the show and Melanie C was presenter in the show and looked AMAIZING. That's all. But she is amaizing, isn't she?

She did confirm that her new video for "Understand" will include backstage-material. Mel, we really wish the video is not ALL About it.

The Saturdays/If This is Love(Video)
Posted on at 6:34 PM.

The Saturdays and their first video for "If this is Love". They had bit of a live experience by Touring with Girls Aloud on their current tour. The video itself is simple, poppy and colourful. Girls are young, beautiful and definately want to be crowned as the next best thing in Pop-world. Their physical Single release will be soon."Sett Me Off", rumoured 2nd Single sounds very catchy at first listen. It's edgy but poppy enough to succes, but the vocals sound bit weak though. Maybe the vocals are growers.

Ashley Tisdale/ Degree Girl: OMG! Jams
Posted on 15.6.08 at 6:51 PM.

Ashley Tisdale is the girl from HSM that I have always prefered over annoying Vanessa "I'm so innocent, oops! Not really that innocent, Oops! Back to being innocent"Hudgens, that never really has found herself musically. And her new single is just vocally horrible. Sorry, for all the hating. Back to the subject...

"Degree Girl: OMG! Jams" is the first EP released by Ashley Tisdale, which will be released in June 2008 as promotion for Degree Girl deodorant. Tisdale recorded five covers of 80's worldwide hit songs to it and it is expected to have an iTunes release in June. "Heaven Is a Place on Earth" is the current single from the EP. Now, besides the terrible name, there is actually fun tracks on the EP. "Never Gonna Give You Up", Rick Astley-cover is very catchy-Pop tune actually. At first the idea of the cover made me gringe a bit, but when I listened it, it just clicked right away. Also, "Heave Is a Place on Earth" is fun track, not the best or my favourite from the EP, but cool.

Samantha Mumba/Gotta Tell You (2008)
Posted on at 5:45 PM.

Ummm, Okay. Samantha Mumba re-releasing "Gotta Tell You" as Cascada-ish Remix eight years later? Luckily this is just side-project from her, her real first single from upcoming album will be released soon. This is just awful. For us that treasure the orginal version and all of her greatest songs, this is just cheap and tacky. She looks good in the video, BUT everything else just blows.

Unfortunately the new re-recorded vocals suck and don't make justice to the masterpiece.

Bad, bad Idea.

VipMedia Goes Live.../Kylie
Posted on at 12:56 AM.

So, It's now over. The phenomenal over two-hours-long show was so much more than expected. From the start it captured your attention permanently. It has to be one of the biggest shows I ever get to see again. The show contained two parts and between them a break. Well planned, well performed and definately overwhealming overall.

The massive screens were of course stunning and they took the show to whole another level. Especially in the scenes like the intro of the show. And when "Speakerphone" starts to play, Kylie appears hanging up in this huge ball in the middle of the stage, moving closer to the crowd between the screens that move away from Kylie. Just amaizing, just gives you shivers!

Quickly you see that this is it, Kylie takes you this ride of diffirent styles, mixing up fashion and music in this amaizing stage thing but being vocally flawless. It was one thing I was bit conserned before the show, because after few bit off-key performances and barely breathless 3-minute promotions on TV, her vocals were not the thing that just seemed the strongest feature of the show. BUT after seeing the show, Kylie is stronger than ever performing the songs with amaizing vocals, catching the notes and singing all the long high notes perfectly.

After such hits like "Can't get you outta my Head", it was back on the new "X"-tracks. She quickly transformed in to this cheerleader-girl, that makes us totally forget how she has actually aged, and is not the young princess that appears on stage, more flexible than ever. Songs like "Wow", make the impact on crowd. It sounds amaizing performed live. And who would now remember that I disliked the song, back when it was single in UK. It's pretty safe to say that apart the thing that it is a grower, it is catchy piece of Pop.

As the 3rd part of the show, She re-appeared on the stage hanging again up there on a giant, shimmering skull in this red eye-catching dress performing sensually her new hit that has started playing in finnish radio stations, "Like a Drug". The performance of the track is something that I can remember guite well from the show, one of the best moments from the show. Some songs that have been my favourites from her all along, really hit me again with this tour. "Slow" was so electric and stunning to hear again. "2 Hearts", also the song that got me disappointed at the start of the "x"-era has grown alot on me, and is definately best moments of the album and worked well performed live.

4th act of the show, officially called "Black Versus White" started with "On a Night Like This", that is one of the best songs from her definately, and it was pleasant surprise that it was kept as poppy, disco-track that it was back in 2000. It was amaizing to see her singing those long tones from the song live. On her own words, WOW. "Your Disco Needs You" was of course taken with huge cheers, as the biggest part of the audience was gay-men and the song is considered as Gay-anthem of hers due it's campness. I Never have liked it much before, but it worked well as tour version, it's very eurovision-type of a song really. "Kids" was nice song also being performed, one of my favourites. Of course, it doesn't sound that good with Robbie not being part of it but anyway.

"In My Arms" was one of the songs I wanted to hear how it works in tour. I remember that I haven't really liked any of the performances seen from the song. It's highly electric track and hard to sing live. But she worked it. Good performance, especially with the video screens showing outtakes from the video. Pretty iconic for the album. I loved the song when it came out, and I still love it.

Only part of the show, that I thought was bit useless, was the "Loveboat/cabaree"-theme that was bit boring to me really. Almost all of the songs were not her song's and it took part of the enjoyment. I would've added more of her older tracks from previous records to the set instead. Especially few of my favourites, "Red Blooded Woman", "Confide In Me" and "Breathe" Could've been awsome as Tour versions, tide in to some sort of theme.

"Naughty Manga Girl"-act was definately one of the most fashion meets music-type of performances on the show. She looked stunning and everything on the set, Samurais entering the set, Dancers dropping to the stages on red strings and beautiful japanese set looked amaizing! Kylie entered the stage, from the pyramid that opened in after the intro. "Come Into My World" performed as Fischerspooner Remix was AMAIZING! It was right choise for a version performed. It has got to be the best remix of any song I have ever heard, apart from Melanie C "I turn To You (Hex Hector's Radio Mix)". Electric, sexy and everything that Kylie is. Wow. Just another amaizing part of a show.

"Nu-di-ty" was propably one of the songs that was the hardest to get excited for. It is odd and apart from the verses that are electric and catchy, the song has almost no appeal. Still, the performance was robotic and sexual. But she kept her clothes on with this tour, You can't say the same from Madonna.

She also had the part of the show where she just performed ballads in this beautiful blue gawn. Stage was dark, just these amaizing lights made the scene even more beautiful around her. I Loved especially overwhealmingly beautiful ballad-version of "I Believe In You". She sure CAN sing live. After perfoming songs like "I Should be So Lucky" in her encore, people still couldn't get enough from her. She laughed alot when the crowd screamed loudly for her to stay, when she was planning to close the night and thank the audience again. She was overwhealmed from the crowd and their love showing to her, she just couldn't leave.

There Happened a little conversation between the crowd and Kylie. After being generally surprised, she joked, "Don't You guys have homes to go to?".
Crowd: No!
Kylie: So you decided to camp in here?
Crowd: Yes!
Kylie: You know, I'll be there in the back (Showing the backstage)

She then had no choise but to continue the show by saying: "Well, Usually that was supposed to be the last song of the night but..." and she decided to sing acoustic version from her US-Single "All I See". I also have small video from the acoustic version of "All I See".

Generally, the show was 2nd best I have ever seen and propably the biggest show yet seen in Finland and will be seen in long time! And I'm counting Gwen Stefani's gig last year and expensive Celine Dion-gig that was just few days ago. Kylie was definately Wow, and so much more than I expected and made me bigger fan of hers. She was genuine, nice and interaction with the audience was real. Stage and everything visual was very classy and well done and the show was just amaizing. Also, it was mentioned somewhere that it is her most expensive Tour to date.

Amaizing, huh?

Pussycat Dolls performing in So You think you can Dance. Well, This time around this wasn't that good of a performance. They included other girls on the vocals more strongly, BUT the mics were definately too loud for them. Nicole also began doing this weird "talking"-thing in the end when she got all excited about the fans. Vocally not their best, but they had the energy and routines to bring the heat! Can't wait for the video, premired later today.

After hearing all the tracks first from the Danity Kane-album, I Thought the single-lineup is clear. "Damaged", followed by "Bad Girl" and "Pretty Boy". But there has been now information from Bad Girl being followed by "Striptease" as 3rd single. So far no confirmation, but who cares as we are already hooked to this dirty track! Imagine DK as their dirtiest, sexiest behaviour and imagine it as recorded track. We can't yet sweat ourselves by imagining the hot clip!

VipMedia News/No Britney in PCD Video?
Posted on at 6:09 PM.

Breatheheavy.com reports: "No Britney? What??? Extratv.com has a clip of the new Pussycat Dolls' music video "When I Grow Up" that you can see HERE - the clip does not feature Britney. But Extra says they saw the whole thing, and didn't see Britney at ALL! "Reports claim that Britney Spears makes a cameo in the video, but "Extra" has seen the finished product -- and we were unable to spot Ms. Brit!" reports Extra. Not gonna lie, I would not be sad if she wasn't in the video. She's a superstar. She doesn't need to have her management put her in a Pussycat Dolls video. Do you see Madonna, Justin, Christina, Mariah etc. in C list videos? Hell no. Hope they're right!

Tune in Friday to MTV for the premiere of the video."

Jordan, C-List my ass! But I Hope this is not true. Can't wait for the video.

Britney Spears/Blackout is Over, new album on the way!
Posted on at 5:37 PM.

New inside-information from Britney's new record has surfaced and finally the facts about the "Blackout"-era being OVER is confirmed. No Radar. Sources tell that tentative release date is December 9, 2008 with the first single scheduled to impact radio in early October. Jive wants to release two singles before the new album.

"Jive and Britney’s team are closing down “Blackout” because of all the negatives that are associated with this album, not necessarily the music itself, but the drama from Britney’s personal life that will always be attached and associated with the “Blackout” album. It may be a great album but the image attached to it will keep it back from ever progressing further. Britney and her team mutually agreed to start off fresh with a new album and a brand new cleaned up image. Jive Reps are extremely happy with the quality with the new material she’s recorded with Bloodshy, Danja, JR and Polow. "

Britney’s in early talks with the major TV networks who are so desperate to lock Britney into a contractual agreement for the first sit down television interview 1 hour special. Early indications are the networks are throwing around some ridiculous figures that they would be willing to pay for this interview. Jive, Britney and her team will listen to offers but will not accept anything this early. I guess they’re testing the waters early to make this an intense bidding war and jack up the price. Right now Britney just wants to concentrate on gaining back 50-50 custody of her two sons, finishing the new album off, getting back into shape and polishing off her dance routines.

Britney’s also been working out everyday and on a diet as she is determined to get her body back in top shape. She is still very embarrassed about her MTV Video Music Award performance, with the actual performance and her physical appearance at the show. She’s been looking her best in recent years judging by photos taken of her recently so the workouts and dieting are having an effect.”

Sounds interesting and also after this, the end of an era doesn't hurt that much. But "Radar/Toy Soldier" would have been HUGE.

It's time to start something new, to celebrate something old. VipMedia's blast from the past is about music videos or songs from the past that we like to bring back, if just for a moment to enjoy about it again. This time, for the first post we want to bring "Moi... Lolita", the debut single by French singer Alizée. It's performed in french and it became huge hit all over the world in summer of 2000. It's amaizing and would work well these days too! The dark instrumentals, sweet and sexy vocals and the amaizing combination of both make this song something to be highlighted.

New Kids on the Block/Video Premiere
Posted on at 10:08 PM.

New kids on the Block and their new video for "Summertime". The song is fantastic, summer-smash and it should be appreciated in the charts too. But who ever said the backstreet boys are old, haven't seen these fellows! Enough for that, the video was cool. Very predictable though. I knew what kind of video they would do to this as soon as I heard the track. They look so much younger in the video too. Anyway, Great song and the video fits to it!

But the unpredictable part, the end was so cliché. That is the part they could've just cut off. But cool video for a great song.

VipMedia Recommends/The Saturdays
Posted on at 11:38 PM.

We were supposed to post little special about this new group when the video was out, but since there has been already many requests, let's start the hype now.

The Saturdays are a five-piece British girl group. Girls, Frankie Sandford and Rochelle Wiseman are known also from S Club 8, so they have small fanbase of their own and bit of a experience already. Other three girls are Mollie King, Una Healy and Vanessa White. The group are signed to Fascination Records, a division of Polydor, and were first seen supporting Girls Aloud on their Tangled Up Tour in 2008. Their debut single, "If This Is Love", is set to be released physically on 28th July 2008.

Their first single "If This Is Love" is very Nice Pop-song with great melody. The girls want to bring the Pop back to charts, and they should! This is great old-fashioned Pop-Music with New sounds, nothing dated. Enjoy!

VipMedia News/Label Shut's down Janet
Posted on at 9:46 PM.

There is no further Single-releases happening from Janet, and she is obviously upset about it. In one of her most recent interviews, she expressed her sadness for the end of the project.

"It's pretty difficult to say what is the next single, only because of the record label at this point. We started off with "Feedback" and the label and myself haven't quite seen eye to eye since the "Feedback" single so they’ve kind of basically stopped all promotion. I'm trying to figure out a way to say this, but just to say it and to be quite honest, they just stopped all promotion whatsoever on the album so I don’t think you're going to hear another single off this album."

After minor succes of "Feedback", the fuzz over the album and two singles flopping, label decided to shut down the project. Our own comment is, that even if it's sad we sort of saw that this is the outcome when we first heard the album. It's a fan-album, not a hit-album.

Scary message was posted on the official site of t.A.T.u:

"Guys, the premiere of our new video is being saddened by terrible event – Yulia got sick. Seriously sick. We can not reveal the details (I hope you do understand us), but the fact is – the girls didn’t leave today for the US, where on June, 6 a concert was scheduled. Naturally, the concert is being postponed for an uncertain period of time. To say we are upset is to say nothing. This is the second show in a row with troubles in the last two weeks, and I am very sorry I did not pay enough attention to Yulia’s health after her trip to Saint-Petersburg. At that moment Yulia’s condition seemed to be an over-strain, but now it is obvious that things are much worse. We will be healing Yulia, and you, please, be with us.

P.S. Of course, all tickets will be refunded.

Boris Renski
t.A.T.u. manager"

I Wonder what's wrong? Sound's scary.

Pussycat Dolls/ Britney Cameo & Premiere!
Posted on at 9:25 PM.

Pussycat Dolls are on the final stages of post-production of their new video, which their shot in Tuesday. They also have a little cameo of fellow Pop-princess that will be shooting her next video next week.

AccessHollywood.com reports that, Britney Spears shot a cameo for the Pussycat Dolls’ new video few days ago in Burbank, when the video was shot. "It was carefully planned out," a set source told Usmagazine.com. "In the scene shot, Britney is driving in a car. They all wave at each other as they are passing in traffic — that is it. It is genius and you will love it! Of course, Britney looks hot and blonde," the insider added. "It is a very short sequence, but Britney had a lot of fun with it, Britney really likes the Dolls' music and when shesaw them on the MTV Movie Awards, she was totally down to do the video."

Spears previously joined the Pussycat Dolls on stage at a performance for her older brother Bryan’s birthday.

You will be seeing plenty of Pussycat's on your TV Screens in the upcoming weeks. They'll appear on the June 12th, in the episode of "So You Think You Can Dance" and the brand new music-video for "When I Grow Up" will premiere on the new MTV video show "F'N MTV," on the day after, on Friday 13th.

Here it is! World premiere of t.A.T.u and their gorgeous new video for "22o". The video looks great, it would fit to MTV like any other video and the song is a grower. But the thing is, Lena seems so useless in the video, with just Yulia performing and singing in the actual track.

Cool video but we still are screaming for more. Their 3rd album should turn out to be very good, they have amaizing producers behind it.

Linkin Park with their new fantastic video for "Leave Out All The Rest" is out! Their videos usually have a nice storyline and movie-type of camera-work, and this video doesn't make a exception. The song is amaizing, moody and beautiful slower track. This should be their next hit.

VipMedia Recommends/Kalomira
Posted on at 8:16 PM.

Kalomira's new album "Secret Combination:The Album" was released and we decided to promote it just for posting few songs from it. It's half english, half in Greek. So, here is few songs posted besides the first single, that came 3rd in eurovision song contest "Secret Combination"

All That I need

Very diffirent from the material previously heard from her. Catchy, Dance-Pop with electric elements. I Can already imagine this being hit in europe with glamorous club-video! Must be one of the best, if not the best song from the album!

Sagapo
"S'Agapo" is 5th song from her album. The start is like copied right from Nelly Furtado's "Say It Right", that is very confusing, because I Would want her to be taken seriously as an artist and a talented singer. Nice latin-type of song.

Hot
Secret combination Part two. This song has been made with same elements with the first single, Nice latin-type of instrumentals and nice melody. Catchy track! Could be released as single.

Pussycat Dolls/Preview of the New Video!
Posted on at 5:58 PM.

Pussycat Dolls are premiering their new video for "When I Grow Up" tomorrow, but here is sneak peak from the video, that looks colourful. If you missed it, LISTEN again because the chorus has been re-recorded with all of the girls now performing in it. I Wonder if they got so much comments about that.

ExtraTV.com has reported that the dolls' sophmore album will be called "Doll Domination" and will be released on September 16.

VipMedia's blast from the past/Moi... Lolita
Posted on 9.6.08 at 8:14 PM.

New single and Video from Enrique Iglesias called "Can You Hear Me" and the official Euro 2008 song, and dare we say it's anthem. The video is cool, and it does include some ball kicking but other than that, Great project. The song will be a hit. Best song since "Tired of being sorry".

They'll appear on the June 12th, in the episode of "So You Think You Can Dance" and the brand new music-video for "When I Grow Up" will premiere on the new MTV video show "F'N MTV," on the day after, on Friday 13th.

t.A.T.u/Video Premiere
Posted on 4.6.08 at 11:15 PM.
