The Saturdays with their perfect performance of "Up". This is almost ten days old performance, but I love it and wanted to post it since there is not much else going on from them yet.
Can't wait for the album!

Okay, We were wrong. As weird choise "Girls" was to put out as first single, this performance is PERFECT. Their vocals are BETTER than the actual track! I'm speechless.
They won me back. (Goes searching where to buy "Girls" Single when it gets out.)

Certified
From the intro to the last beats, it's all good and catchy. Chorus shows how potential hit this really is.
Why Not Us
How much does this sound like a song that could be in Eurovision song contest. I love verses and bridge and all, but chorus sounds weird. I Don't know. It's catchy and all but something bugs me. Is it too slow or something, but I like the song.
You Can look
Holly Valance, much? Definately like something from "The State of Mind". Electric, sexy and catchy as hell! Great Pop tune!
Tip Toe
Instant favourite! Can you imagine the video for this? Single-material. Sounds brilliant to dance to and works in every way. So catchy. This will be on my daily playlist.
Stolen
Genious track. I love the instrumental, beautiful vocals and lyrics. Just brilliant.
Electricity
Title of the tracks lets me expect a great, catchy track and it delivers. Chorus is Poptastic that would work in charts like hell. Tracks like this makes me feel bad for their succes being limited to Germany.
No Never
I was surprised how this was "just" a B-side to "Hit'N'Run" but glad it was included on the album. Chorus is catchy. This reminds me of some song, but can't get it on my head.
Stained
Beautiful track and the lyrics really touch me. Very deep and true. Vocals and the melody are also very lovely. One of the favourites.
Don't Touch the Fader
LAST SONG? I think this should be earlier on the tracklist. Although this really does make a great last track, it makes you want to replay the CD. It's great club banger and catchy as hell.
What did you think? Go and buy the album!

Girls Aloud and their new video for "Promise". The song itself was dissapointment and it still is, but it's brilliant in it's retro-style. Video is great, but it doesn't hook you into watching the whole thing. But they look gorgeous and I like their style, even if I dislike Sarah's hair 'do. This video will support the song well and maybe they'll be supported as well as usually so that they can get their next Top 10-single.

Premiere will happen on monday and the video was shot yesterday and some of it today. Sources reveal it is directed by Joseph Kahn, and it features Britney as waitress, hot dancing and it's described as Toxic part 2. Check out pictures from the video shoot! Expect nothing but circus.

-Lindsay Lohan's first single "Playground" will be released to Radio on September 30th and will be released on iTunes October 7th. The album "Spirit In The Dark" will drop November 4th.
- Beyonce will make her return for the charts at the same time with Rihanna's "Breakin' Dishes" and Britney Spears "Womanizer" on 7th of October with two singles. "If I Were A Boy" and "Single Ladies" are both set to be released before the new album is released on December. She shot earlier video for one of the songs. "Single Ladies" is more urban and "If I were A Boy" is radio-friendly, more of a Pop-track.

Anastacia and her new video for "I Can Feel You". She looks STUNNING in the video. I was little shocked from the nude scene, but it was guite tasty. She looks gorgeous and that is propably the main idea of the video. The song reminds me bit of the Classic Anastacia from the first album, but personally It wasn't her strongest work. Can't wait for her ballads.

Boyzone with their new comeback single "Love you anyway". Ronan Keating and backup singers? It's very similar to Pussycat Dolls-case. With the small exeption that PCD can dance. Wasn't that dancing just ridicilous? But the song is surprisingly good. But this is still not anything as good as Take That or New kids on the Block. This makes me sad for Spice Girls wasting such a oppornity to make something gorgeous, yet classy and orginal as their comeback effort. We only had "Headlines" that is halfway there.
What do you think?
David Archuleta and his world exclusive video for "Crush". The video is fun and cute and definately something very his style. But even if he is condisidered as pretty boy with great vocal skills, is he orginal enough to make it comercially? We'll see. We enjoy this song. Remember to check also his first live performance of the song, he is vocally perfect.

Congrats to Spice Girls, who won the "Best Live Return" award in Vodafone Awards 08. This award was voted by fans, who obviously went on their tour, that was just fabulous. Britney Spears "Womanizer" is THIS close to leak. Due the huge demand of the song, here is small clip posted of it that leaked earlier today. This LQ 40-Second clip has been recieving mixed reviews from fans. Some think it has nothing on "Gimme More", Some think it sounds something close to "Radar" and some thing it totally sounds like a huge hit. We don't really want to judge the song from this bad quality clip. But remember, it is expected to leak any day now. The premiere is on tuesday with radio stations recieving the full clip on monday.

What a diffirence it makes when Nicole lets the other girls sing too. Melody was great backing up Nicole that gets easily out of breath. People have really enjoyed this performance and it is cool. Nicole didn't perform vocally as well as she has performed before, but cool one. Remember to check out the video from Making of their 2nd video "Whatcha think about that" that will be premiered very soon. Can't wait for "Magic" to be released, it's MUST be released.

Bottle Pop
Just fabulous! I can imagine myself in a club dancing to this like crazy between gorgeous ladies...Anyway, back to the track. I expected bit more from this, but still it hits me like a rock. It's repeative and addictive. I'm stunned they really release STRONG album. This is SICK!
I Hate this part
I hated the song from the first listen. I literally hated this part. But damn, full studio version sounds so catchy. I'm blown away from this album. And I've never heard usually cold Nicole expressing emotions through singing like this. Beautiful.
Takin' All Over The World
Can't tell where Melody sings in this, because I feel the other girls have been produced vocally to sound so Nicole-ish. And this is the biggest let down on the album. Sounds so slow comparing to live version. Melody's vocals sound so weak too. I like the song, I loved the live version.
Magic
Timbaland alart! Hitlicious! Instant hit. They sing like angels to this perfect R&B/Popgasm. I'm stunned. They still got it even if this is not as good as "PCD". It's just as good, being so diffirent.
Halo
The beats are SICK. I'm in goosebumbs. Hypnotic and very addictive track.
Whatchamacallit
I find myself singing along already in 2nd chorus, so this means a hit. Feisty and Catchy song that I can just imagine being a single. Loving it!
I'm Done
Her vocals just shine. CLASSIC. Will propably never be released as a single, but this is damn beautiful. Somehow I felt touched of the lyrics. Just like all of the other brilliant ballads really do speak to my heart. They just found the perfect lyrics for me I guess. Even tho I didn't include "Happily Never After" to this list, I love it.
Played (Ashley)
Just a little preview of how beautiful vocals is hidden behind those beautiful faces just dancing behind Nicole. "Played" is very nice innocent Pop-track, something that could've been on Britney's first albums, or performed by Jessica Simpson or Mandy Moore.

Jive/Zomba recording artist Britney Spears announces her sixth studio album, Circus, set for release December 2nd. The first single from the album is titled "Womanizer" and was produced by the up-and-coming Atlanta production team The Outsyders. The album release date coincides with Spears' birthday.
On the heels of an MTV VMA awards sweep, where Britney walked away with three Moonmen awards for "Video of the Year," "Best Female" and "Best Pop Video" for "Piece of Me," Jive Records is preparing her latest album, Circus, a follow-up to her critically well received album, Blackout. For her latest effort, Britney has enlisted a stellar group of established producers/writers that include Dr. Luke (who wrote and produced the album's title track, "Circus"), Danja, Max Martin, Bloodshy & Avant and Guy Sigsworth (Madonna, Alanis Morissette, Bjork).
Britney Spears is one of the top-selling artists of the last decade, and to date, she has sold in excess of 62 million albums worldwide that include Baby One More Time (1999), Oops!...I Did It Again (2000), Britney (2001), In The Zone (2003), and Blackout (2007), eight #1 worldwide singles and four consecutive #1 albums.
The Zomba Label Group consists of record labels Jive, LaFace, Volcano, Verity, GospoCentric and Fo Yo Soul. These labels represent a varied group of artists including Justin Timberlake, R. Kelly, Usher, Tool, Ciara, Chris Brown, Pink, Britney Spears, OutKast, Kirk Franklin, Three Days Grace, 311, Nick Lachey, T-Pain, Byron Cage, Bullet For My Valentine, Buddy Guy, Living Things, Anthony Hamilton, Donnie McClurkin, John P. Kee, Fred Hammond, Hezekiah Walker, Marvin Sapp, Kelly Price, J. Moss and Backstreet Boys.

On fighting for “Disturbia” she revealed: “I knew the song wasn’t meant for me, but it was a dope record. It was a Rihanna song. It was a smash.” “I wanted it. So I fought for it.”
Rihanna went to battle for “Umbrella”, too. “It’s a magical record. Anybody would have a hit with it.”"It’s timeless and it was the perfect step up for me. Actually, it was a big step. I fought for that song, too, and it was worth it.”
“I still get excited when I have a hit.”"Everybody wants to be No. 1 and it takes so much hard work to get there. It makes me feel good.”
Rihanna's first single from the album is expected to be premiered before the end of the year.

"It's documentary style of us all in a rehearsal studio with her (Spears),'' said Holtzapffel, who dates Channel V presenter Renee Bargh. "I get very close to her. There's one part where we rest heads together and I'm resting on her neck before she pushes me away. When it's released, it'll be showing she's back in the game. She has a new album, new music and a new future.''
Holtzapffel met Spears' choreographers in LA and they invited him to a training session with the singer, who was impressed and asked him back to be her dance partner for the video shoot. With tight security helping to keep paparazzi at bay and little information released about Spears' new album, it was a strange experience for Holtzapffel.
Dancers were played just two songs from the album, which Australian Kaz James has reportedly been working on. "When we were finished rehearsing, they'd take the CD and put it in a safe,'' Holtzapffel said. "I've never experienced anything like it before.''

Anna Abreu in her new video for "Vinegar". The song is brilliant Pop/Dance-tune, but what the fuck is going on in the video? I was expecting bright disco-video with colourful lights and dance moves, but the video is dark and has weird anorextic male-models in it. Well, high fashion I guess. -Paris Hilton has revealed that she is hoping to duet with Britney Spears on her next album. The hotel heiress is currently working on her follow-up to 2006's Paris LP, which launched the top ten single 'Stars Are Blind' and shipped more than 700,000 copies worldwide. "My new album's out soon and it would be hot if I could do a duet with Britney. It is really poppy and sounds a bit like Kylie Minogue," she said.
-The Saturdays will release their first album on October 20th. Girls' first Top 10 single If This Is Love was a hit and their second single Up will be released on October 13 and their debut album, called Chasing Lights soon after.
-Monrose are ready to pop out their next single "Hit'n Run". The single will be out on October the 3rd according to some sources. It will be released digitally and in physical format. Video was shot earlier and will be premiered very soon.

Anna Abreu, Finnish Pop Princess was promoting her latest single "Vinegar" on Finnish Festival. She looked guite good but her vocals were very good! Flawless. This Live version is more rock-ish from the Kylie-type of orginal mix. Very good. Will be posting the music video and more songs soon.
Tell me what did you think?

Rihanna performing "Vogue". She was VERY bright to lipsync this one, because it would have been a hot mess without it. She really did great job! She looked amaizing and the pre-recorded vocals were awsome! Also, according to all Access, "Breakin' Dishes" is her next single after "Disturbia". It's about time, but also bit too late. And what is the point with releasing 15 singles from the album? Well, that's new in music business anyway. I love her still.
Pussycat Dolls performing "When I Grow Up". Or a half of it. While it lasted, it was very good. The instrumentals of the version performed were bit bad, I prefer the orginal. But great performance whatsoever. Can't wait for the album! And of course, the first performance of their 2nd single.
Labels: Live, Pussycat Dolls, Rihanna
Rihanna performed "Disturbia". Great "thriller" she recreated. Besides the freakshow, the vocals really were very bad. It was bit hard to see her Struggling with the singing, because she was SO good on her tour. End of.
Pink with literally houseblowing performance of "So What". Very cool one, and only Pink can do that. Her vocals were good, when you think she moved the way she did. Very good. I loved it.
Christina Aguilera then performed her new "Genie in the Bottle", remix she'll feature on her upcoming Greatest Hits-collection. That sounded bit like something from Kelly Osbourne's last album. I like the new style, but like the viewers thought...She did look like a mixture of Britney and Lady Gaga. She also performed her new single "Keeps getting Better" that is awsome! I love it and her new strong style. I just wish her vocals would have been that "strong" to NOT mime the performance. But then again, do we wanna replay the VMA's from 2000 when her vocals were not that great. Anyways, VERY cool performance, besides the miming.
And the highlights of the Winners besides Britney were:
Pussycat Dolls won "Best Dancing in the Video", and they DID dance their arses off. I mean cute tushes and all. And they looked amaizing. And how cute they were! Awww. And Linkin Park won "Best Rock Video" and they deserved it.
Great year!Maybe VMA's next year will be just as hyped. Can they get Britney to perform? Can't wait!
Labels: Christina Aguilera, Linkin Park, Pink, Pussycat Dolls, Rihanna, VMA
Britney opened VMA's with hilarious skit and then she was so cute climbing on stage all nervous and opening the show. Didn't she just GLOW. I'm sorry but did they show this LIVE or was this just a clip from 2001, coz I couldn't really tell. She looked the best she's looked in YEARS. I absolutely adore Britney. Shame she didn't perform, but when she will she'll blow us up. She needs couple of more award-shows to go to and be cute in there to have courage to perform.

And then she climbed on stage to recieve few awards, SO deserved this. I'm very happy for her.

Sugababes and their new video for "Girls". Maybe it is just us, but after a dissapoinment for the track itself, video doesn't make a diffirence. We thought the track is a grower, and it is. But it never did grown on to be something like their singles before. The video looked STUNNING from the pictures from the shoot and I thought this will be sexy and stylish video like "Easy". Well, the sexy bits of the video looked to me bit tacky and the idea of the video is basically a basement full of people having fun and dancing. Wow. Orginal.
I love Sugababes and I will support them through this era too. But will the album meet the expectations? Will this even be top 10-single for them?

Preview of Sugababes new video for "Girls". Looks like sort of a mix between Hole In the Head with colours and style close to Easy. Check out the promotional info of the forthcoming album below.
"So, while the ebullient ‘Girls’ gets right in-your-face with the new Sugababes agenda - ‘All independent women know/It takes a lot to run the show/I am the fire and the coal/I am a woman in control’ speaks for itself, wouldn’t you say? - other highlights from their most artful, sophisticated and eclectic collection so far provide the more subtle dimensions. Robyn producer Klass Ahlund brings that Swedish genius for high concept-pop to the table with the self-referential reinvention of vintage Motown of the bittersweet ‘You On A Good Day‘, and the extraordinary, darkly comic Abba-meets-street-beats drama that is ‘Murder One‘, where Heidi relishes the opportunity to play the ultimate Black Widow. Amelle takes an edgy lead on Klaus’s superbly creepy, G-funk-tinged ‘Beware’ and the tear-stained minimalism of ‘We Can Call A Truce‘.
The ‘Babes and Duffy collaborator Steve Booker were always going to be a perfect fit: ‘Sunday Rain’ is a torchy orchestral epic, full of melodrama and agony, and ‘Sound Of Goodbye’ sees Keisha and Booker making sweet music together. ‘Denial’ producers Invisible Men take the girls to the feminist funk high ground with the delicious ‘No Can Do‘, built on the tough and tender riff from rare groove masterpiece ‘Yes, Its You’ by Sweet Charles. And Hanging On A Star? Pure girl-group disco magic.
All prove that The Sugababes have taken yet another giant leap forward. Because the girls are well aware that, unlike their pure pop peers, the Sugababes mean something to people. Push The Button, Freak Like Me, Overload… these were era-defining records that transcended the boring stuff about units shifted and celebrity recognition and defined big moments in our lives. The new record is about bringing all those definitive Sugababes moments back, making them brand new, and cramming them all into one classic album. Commercial success isn’t enough for Keisha, Heidi and Amelle… they want people who live and breathe music to be blown away by them again."
Sounds promising? I hope this won't be a mixture between "Denial" and "Girls" tho.

"It's Britney, baby, one more time. Despite her train-wreck performance at the MTV Video Music Awards last year, the network confirms Spears will kick off the show once again.
But it won't be a performance. Instead, MTV Networks Music Group President Van Toffler said Wednesday, it'll be something "fun and unexpected" on Sunday night's show. Unexpected is probably the kindest way to describe Spears' performance at last year's VMAs. In what was heavily promoted as the troubled singer's comeback, she instead gave an unfocused, almost unwatchable performance of "Gimme More," one of the many lowpoints in her year of debacles.
So what made Spears and MTV reunite one more time? "MTV has long played an important role in my career. How can I not be there to kick off their 25th VMAs? I'm excited to open the entire show, to say hi to my fans and to be nominated," Spears said in a statement.
"I think for Britney, people are rooting for her, and she's really on the road to recovery," Toffler said, noting that MTV had nominated her for three VMAs, including video of the year, for her clip "Piece of Me. It feels like it's her year," he added. "It's our 25th anniversary of the VMAs, and she's been such a critical piece of MTV's history." Spears also equals ratings gold: Last year's VMAs were up 23 percent over the 2006 show.
In recent months, Spears, who's working on a new album, has appeared to have cleaned up her act. Her father James has been in control of her personal and professional matters as her legal conservator, and she drew high ratings and positive reviews when she made guest appearances on CBS' "How I Met Your Mother" earlier this year.

Finally!New video for "Up" by The Saturdays. As brilliant the song is, I have mixed feelings with the video clip. I feel it didn't met the potential it had. It became cheap and tacky in some frames. Although, it's just their 2nd video and hopefully not last. This song has more potential than "If this is love" and should easily climb to top 5. Pop-fans should treasure these five beautiful ladies. We do.

Holly Valance, steamy australian sexgoddes, also known as actor and pop-star was once very HOT on the charts. Remember brilliant "Kiss, Kiss"? Her first album "Footprints" was followed by "State of mind" that was amaizing step to electric pop. It flopped so all the potential was left unused. Now we are getting a little blast from the past with her 2nd official single "Down Boy" that is just brilliant exsample of songs that charts lack nowadays; Catchy, electric and well produced Pop music.

Britney Spears "Womanizer" is THIS close to leak. Due the huge demand of the song, here is small clip posted of it that leaked earlier today. This LQ 40-Second clip has been recieving mixed reviews from fans.

Hot.
