"The girls always had the end of 2010 booked in to record their next album and all of them, other than Nadine, still want to go ahead. If Nadine refuses they could simply go ahead as the four of them. It's not ideal and they would rather find a way to make it work, but she doesn't seem to be interested in that."
Our sources say the news of the group continuing as four-piece are completely made out and that the group will start working on their next album when Nadine and Cheryl have released their solo efforts. With Nadine, this would be her first album and Cheryl is reportedly recording her second already. Cheryl Cole recently confirmed that Girls Aloud have signed a deal to release at least three more albums.

Despite the reports over Rihanna performing "ROCKSTAR 101" on Kids choice awards, she performed three other songs instead. She performed "Hard", more-kids-friendly version of "Rude Boy" with new lyrics and "Don't stop the Music", her older hit. The performance included tank, robots and Rihanna in a cute pink dress and she looked like she had fun. Great performance and good promo for her.

- Rihanna has been confirmed to perform her song "ROCKSTAR 101" on Kids choice awards. According to rumours, it's her next worldwide single but some say this was only chosen to be more propriate than "Russian Roulette" or "Rude Boy" lyrically.
- Lady Gaga's next Australian single is "Dance in the Dark" according to few sources. The song was chosen instead of "Alejandro" that will be served to rest of the world. Nothing has been confirmed about the single choice, but "Eh Eh" was also orginally released just for Australia but was later released in few european countries too.

A new album cover art for Christina Aguilera's "Bionic" have been revealed. Press-release also contains lot more info about the project and a premiere date for the first single "Not myself tonight", which was described as R&B-Pop track with similar beat than Chris Brown's "Forever" and with a similar tempo with Pussycat Dolls "Buttons".
"Bionic features songs co-written by Aguilera along with her much buzzed about collaborations including Sia, Tricky Stewart, Polow Da Don, Le Tigre, Hill & Switch, and Ladytron among others. Aguilera notes, "Working on this album with so many talented artists and producers that I admire was really an amazing experience. The artists I chose to work with added so many unique sonic layers to Bionic. My intention was to step into their world and what they do combined with my own vision and sound. The results were magic." The album also features a ballad produced and written by Linda Perry titled "Lift Me Up". The title Bionic reflects Aguilera's ability to take her range to new levels and use her voice in various ways never heard before."

Carmit Bachar, former Pussycat Dolls-member and her first official single "Cream" from the EP released from Carmit and Detroit Diamond. It's interesting to see these two acts releasing a EP together, not individually. As expected, the song is very sexually loaded lyrically and quite electric from what we've heard before. Not bad song at all, just not as catchy as Kimberly Wyatt's solo tracks.

Cheryl Cole performing on Live Lounge. First she performed her brand new single "Parachute" and did sorta good job but you could tell she was nervous. Nervous for giving the first real live performance? She also performed "Fireflies" by Own City, and personally I prefer it to cheesy orginal song. Great job overall! She's not a big singer but do you really need to be these days if you are a good package? All I am bitter for Cheryl is her being bigger than the band, since I prefer Girls Aloud, musically and attitude-wise. But great to see her being succesful, she works hard.

Robyn has revealed that she is planning to release three albums this year. The popstar, who recently published new fantastic electro-Pop song "Fembot" from her upcoming album, explained that she hopes to launch her first 2010 record in June, followed by another "sometime after the summer". Robyn continued: "Everything is up in the air with the music industry at the moment and there's no reason why you shouldn't be able to do things differently - especially if you have your own label, like me.
"So I thought about how to cut down on those big breaks between studio time. It's not a new idea - a lot of people put out less-planned releases that are not long, sometimes they are called EPs. But these releases are not EPs. They're albums with enough songs to make them feel like real bodies of work. They are shorter than usual, but still closer to ten songs than five." Robyn also said that she enjoys being able to switch between commercial and "tastemaker" music.
"I'm aware my place is in the industry because I've been doing it for such a long time, but making music can be very un-cynical for me, too," she added.

Lady Gaga and her new brilliant music video for "Telephone". Instead of the rumours that suggested that the video will be 12 minutes long, it's three minutes shorter but serves it's purpose well. It must be one of her best videos, if not the best. It suffers from the same problem with "Paparazzi" though, the video is bit too long. It's like a mini movie but shorter version could be much much better. Can't wait to see the TV version. Other than that, the song and the video are just as brilliant.
The results were magic." The album also features a ballad produced and written by Linda Perry titled "Lift Me Up".

Sources now say group was quietly dropped by production label Roc Nation last month. Roc Nation made possible for the girls to work with hitmakers like Ne-Yo and RedOne and probably made future promotions in US possible. Roc Nation is reportedly calling Sugababes now as their former clients. Sugababes are apparently still set to release "Crash & Burn" as their next single, hoping it would save this project that seems to just crash and burn.

Sophie-ellis Bextor and her sophisticated and photographic video for "Bittersweet". The video starts up looking similar to "Heartbreak makes me a dancer" video but switches up a little to become very cool clip of playing with paint, trampoline and time transitions. "Bittersweet" isn't bad song at all and hopefully it will bring her success she has worked so hard to get to. It's been awhile since Sophie has been huge.

Inna is out with a new video and err...new-ish song called "Love". Despite the similar beats always being part of Inna's musical outcome, the song is catchy and the video is really gorgeous too. Inna might not appeal on everyone but for the viewers looking for the more dance-type of songs, this will be just fine. "Love" is repeative but annoyingly good song. If you liked this one, check out her other singles, especially "Amazing".

The website reports that Carey's management team are considering recording a Christmas album."We are looking to go possibly to another studio album or Christmas album. The decision hasn't been totally made yet. It's a creative process that cannot be rushed," they are quoted as saying.
Despite the creative reasons for the scrapping of the album, we think the real reason is behind the poor sales and the non-existent hype around the project with ever changing release-dates.

Darin performing "You're Out Of My Life" on National Swedish Eurovision finals. Too bad the song wasn't chosen to represent the country on Eurovision this year but it's all good. His new album should be ready in no time and the song is out now. US premiere of the video was last night but the iconic video will be premiered on UK's TV late tonight. Fantastic video from her and personally, I think it pisses all over "Bad Romance".

The song is called "Who We Are" and as for being a fan of hers from the first single, I must say that her voice has met a dramatic change to worse. Kimberly Wyatt, the former Pussycat Doll is making a step towards her solo music by giving her fans a peak of the music she's been busy writing and recording. I can't judge her vocals because I haven't yet decided if these flawless vocals really are pre-recorded to every occation or is she just so good. Rihanna performing "Rude Boy" on 2010 Echo Awards. She was on stage with dancers and two robots.
