- The follow-up to Black Eyed Peas's double-platinum album "The E.N.D" is on the way. As reported before their next album, "The beginning" is almost finnished and it will be released later this year. "The Beginning" is said to be "fresh" and "more mature". The news about the album are great way to deny the breakup rumours around the group.
- Christina Aguilera's label isn't dissapointed about the underperformed single "You lost Me" apparently. Why would they, since this weekend the song is being added to UK radio stations and it's being released as a third single after "I Hate Boys" in Australia (that has been just only-australia radio single).

"It's been a painful decision for Sarah, Nicola, Kimberley and Cheryl but they have decided that the future of Girls Aloud lies without Nadine," a source told the publication. "They've all been on a roller-coaster ride since 2002 and have just grown apart from Nadine. Relations with her had been strained within the camp for a while. Disputes began cropping up towards the final days of the band before they went on a hiatus."
Their label have hinted that there is no truth behind these news. The reports over the troubles within the group have been going on throughout this year.

Last month, Katy Perry broke the US airplay record after 'California Gurls' received 11,816 plays in a week - an everage of 90 plays per radio station. Her debut album One Of The Boys is also on course to return to the US album chart after rising to number five on iTunes.
- The Black Eyed Peas' "I Gotta Feeling" this week becomes the first song to top the 6 million mark in paid downloads. As it happens, the Peas also had the first song to top the 500,000 mark in paid downloads. "Let's Get It Started" topped 500K in February 2005.

Backstreet Boys are still releasing "If I knew Then"? Since they just gave a performance of the song on Lopez Tonight. The Boys are currently recording their upcoming album but stopped by to promote their album in US. They did great job with the performance, being once again vocally fantastic. This song isn't a hit material though, it sounds bit dated to be their next hit but hopefully they will catch new wind of success with their next album.

Paris Hilton is getting ready to start the second album era, after she released her debut back in 2006. She is currently filming a music video for her first single, yet untitled that will be released in August. The rest of the album will be out in few months. A new leak from her, song called "I Need You" is a demo from early album sessions, before the direction of the album changed.
Paris Hilton has suggested that Kylie Minogue is the main influence on her upcoming second album. Hilton said: "My record is just in production now. I recently finished recording it. It's very like dance, club music. I really have always loved Kylie Minogue - she's like, one of my favourite artists. I've just been really inspired by her. I just wanted my music to kind of... emulate her. I just kind of love her sound and I love the way she is, so I was inspired by her, and the album's going to be out in a few months."

Here is new snippet called "Don't worry About it" from boyband Blue that are reforming. Sources tell us that these clips were probably intented to be leaking for the fans. These two leaked tracks are early demo versions of the tracks they've recorded and the album is still in very early stages and they have been recording many tracks already. Personally, I like "Between You and I" more from these two but I know they aren't either designed to be the first single material, just a preview of their work so far. Can't wait for their next album though, one of my favourite groups of all time!

"Today we can let you all know that there will be no new Britney album this year. We’re of course keeping our ear to the ground for any news on a single that could possibly be released around November. Sony Music announced their upcoming plans for the last half of the year, and Britney does not feature on the release schedule (last year The Singles Collection appeared on the schedule that we were first to report on)." Things can change though and this is only one source claiming so but how dissapointing if this has any truth in it.
Also, a demo for supposed new song called "Outta my Head" for Britney was shown on the official page of the producer Fernando Garibay as the new official produced song for 2010 but it was shortly deleted from the page. Interesting!

New beautiful video for "Touch" by Natasha Bedingfield. Tash tells a similar story in the video to what she sings in the song but the editing process is smarter than you expect. By the second verse, you lose the idea of the story but the whole picture comes clear in the end. Natasha looks pretty in the video and the song is absolutely amazing. If this one doesn't find it's place in the charts, we wonder what went wrong in the end because this deserves attention.

Robyn and her newly released "Hang with Me" video. The video follows her through UK's promo tour and you see the real Robyn behind the scenes. The video starts up a little boring but shortly it grows on you. It has beautiful shots and it's well edited to be fast-paced throughout until the end. "Hang with Me" is fantastic single but not as good as it's predecessor, "Dancing on my Own". The single will be released on September 5th.

Medina and her new video for "Lonely". The song has played in my head like madness for few days now. It's pretty much just as instant as "You and I", it's like part 2 of the song. Her new album "Welcome to Medina" has just been released in Europe and this is the second official single from the album. The song is emotional, beautiful and the video shows up the edgy new style she carries for the promotion. She has new haircut and cool neon lights to light up the video. It's pretty video for amazing song. Hopefully it will be a hit and the similarities between this and the previous single won't hurt it's potential.

Today we continue the girlgroup countdown with couple of duo's. First one, Australian pride, The Veronicas have had their hits already and sold millions of albums worldwide. They've only released two official studio albums but also number of singles, EP's and compilations worldwide. The girls are currently recording their third album that is said to introduce new sound for them. The duo's best songs are "4 Ever", "This Love", "Untouched","Take Me On The Floor"and the amazing "Hook Me Up". Their music is like electro-pop mixed with Rock. It's like Ke$ha mixed up with Avril Lavigne but with two girls.
Another duo that I'm completely obsessed about is t.A.T.u. They became big almost ten years ago with "All the things she said", creating provocative and controvercial lesbian-image around the duo. The russian duo knew exactly what ropes to pull and became a worldwide hit selling over 15 million records. They went from controvercy to another, they broke US markets, they managed to go to Top 3 in Eurovisiong song contest and they proved they were not only a one-hit wonders. They are currently and hiatus and there has been some drama between the two girls but they have never disbanded officially, they are just on "hiatus". They have released three english and three russian albums and over 20 singles. Their best songs are "Not gonna Get us", "30 minutes", "How soon is Now?", "Prostye Dvizhenia", "Ne Ver', Ne Boisya, Ne Prosi", "Show Me Love", "All about us", "Dangerous and Moving", "White Robe", "Perfect Enemy", "Sacrifice", "Stars", "Friend or Foe" and "Fly on the Wall". They have that little mystery inside of them that makes them interesting and they are so overlooked usually by the general public because of their previous image. They recorded amazing music.

- Exclusive information tell us that the comercial disaster that Christina Aguilera's "Bionic" was, the label is busy rewamping the album with more radio-friendly hit material for the re-release. Forget Sia and other "orginal" writers, because now she is working a hit material with producers like Darkchild. In meanwhile, in Australia "Bionic" has sold gold and "I hate Boys" is one of the most added hits in radio.
- Beyonce is still not over the new era. At least not in UK. First she released her single "Why don't You love Me?" on UK channels and radio stations and the official date has now been given for the 30th of August. The Saturdays performing in new Viva show called "Suck my POP" that contains live performances, mixed up with some music-videoish scenes. They performed their brand new single "Missing You" and looked absolutely beautiful. Too bad Frankie isn't exactly the most talented girl in the group because the first half a minute sounds weak, while the rest of the performance sounds better. Medina is now releasing just as appealing follow-up to "You and I" in Europe after recieving moderate success to it in countries like Germany. The song is beautiful and actually includes a line that works as a path from the first single to this: "There is no longer you and I..." Amazing! It continues soundwise the similar path being melancholic and electric. Which suits us really well. The english album is being released in Germany first and probably after that elsewhere.

Dima Bilan and Anastacia with their new video for "Safety". No wonder it took this long to release the video, since there is quite much going on in it and it's probably one of the most visual videos I've seen lately. It has colours, sexy edge and multiple scenes with plot and performance scenes going on. "Safety" as a song isn't the sharpest ballad either of the duo have done and the sound of it sounds a bit dated too but it still has something pleasant in it. The whole video looks like it could've been done at any point from 2001 to this day. Anastacia has her signature glasses on and the whole set looks cool. Overall a fantastic video for somewhat good song. Not bad.

The reason we post this Kristinia DeBarge track "Died in your eyes" is that The Saturdays were given the song to record for "Headlines". Now that I listen to it, it does sound very The Saturdays-ish, don't you think? The details for Robyn's follow up to "Body talk pt 1" have been confirmed. Part 2 of the three part album set will be out soon and the details, including a title of the first single from the third album. "Body Talk Pt 2 offers the clearest example yet of Robyn’s pop prowess; 8 songs that crystallize her preoccupation with hypnotic repetition, propulsive beats and infectious hooks, and lyrics which display the kind of unabashed emotional vulnerability that only comes with true self-confidence. Body Talk 2 is further proof that Robyn’s understanding and love of pop music is as intrinsic as it is accomplished. "

Christina Aguilera and her stunning new video for "You lost Me". The video was obviously done to be raw, beautiful but very simple and somehow it works. It does get a bit too raw at times, making it somewhat pointless but the whole set just completes the song. The song is also a ballad that starts up a little slow and in the end you "get it", the whole thing comes together. Hopefully the simplicity works and this video/single becames a hit since it was obviously shot as a complete opposite to "Not myself Tonight". I think that was what fans wanted to see instead.

Here we continue the girlgroup countdown with another huge name, TLC. The girlgroup is known from it's urban hits and the sad death of young Lisa "Left eye" Lopez. The video posted is "Unpretty", #1 single's video released in 1999 and the last video released in US to feature late Lisa Lopez. After this video, she eventually featured in EU-video "Dear Lie". TLC made a comeback just after her death in 2002 with "3D" that wasn't a huge success despite having some vocals from Lisa in some of the songs. TLC's best tracks for me are "No Scrubs", "Dear Lies", "Damaged", "Silly Ho", "Girl Talk","Hands Up","Turntable" and the timeless "Unpretty". They are just one of the brightest girlgroups there has been. Listening to them as we speak.
Another girlgroup for today is No Angels, german girlgroup still making music. They went through some lineup changes as most girlgroups do and ended up being a four-girl-group with the latest news suggesting that the lineup would've been again changed, leaving the group as a trio. The german popstars group started out with a bang in 2001 with their first single "Daylight in Your eyes" charting well worldwide, including peaks in UK, US and number of European countries. The girls followed their success with two albums and one live CD before the first lineup change. They released one more hit album and Greatest Hits before disbanding in 2003. Four of the members made a comeback with a new album in 2007 but they struggeled to succeed with their latest albums, despite having Eurovision hit song "Disappear" that they performed on the finals of Eurovision song contest 2008.
They didn't peak high of all the countries but the hit got followed by their last album "Welcome to the Dance" that was released last year. The album wasn't well recieved, despite their promotion and tour. Their best tracks are a cover of "There must be an Angel","Too Old", "Disappear", "Maybe", "Teardrops", "Down Boy", "Something About Us", "Against the Wall", "Dance-aholic" and "One Life".

To continue with girlgroup countdown, here is UK's one of the most successful girlgroups of all time, Atomic Kitten. They've had few lineup changes but in their very early days but they have recorded amazing music. It's hard to say what's the best one but "Last Goodbye", "Be with you", "Eternal Flame", "If you Come to Me", "You Are", "The tide is High", "Anyone who had a heart", "It's OK" and "Someone Like Me" come close. They've gained fans outside UK too, selling 10 million singles and albums worldwide. They've released two #1 albums and two #5 ones, including Greatest Hits collection as well as 13 Top 10-hits (three number ones). They never officially disbanded, so after they went on a break in 2004, they've appeared quite a few times with special stuff. Their last official single, "Anyone who had a Heart"was out in 2008 but it wasn't a success. Despite there has been hints almost every year that they'd make a proper comeback with new material.
And from UK to US with Girlicious that were found from reality show called "Pussycat Dolls Present: Girlicious". The current trio had fourth member during the first album but she was kicked out dramatically with media buzz around them. Their singles "Stupid Sh*t" and "Like Me" were hits in Canada, with latter charting to #4 in singles charts but neither charted on US. Their third single "Baby Doll" was supposed to be out in US too, but only video got itunes release and the song underperformed in Canada. Both of their singles as a trio, "Over You" that was only digitally released and "Maniac" that is probably their most potential single, flopped in the charts. "Maniac" is ironically their lowest charting single. It's so sad that this group has never recieved the hype they deserve, especially now. This could be explained with the zero promo that they've been given with just few TV performances and only in Canada. The album is out on next month in Canada, so hopefully they'll get even some success this time around. One of the most potential girlgroups that are overlooked.

We'll continue the girlgroup countdown with Dream, Diddy's first girlgroup that released their debut single "He Loves U Not" in 2000. The song became a hit in US and the girls soon released their album and next single in the following year. "This is Me" was served as a second single and the remix of it afterwards as the final single from "It was all a Dream". There was two more singles planned but after terror attacks and one member leaving the group, they moved on. In 2003, Dream came back with raunchy new image and "Crazy", their first single. It wasn't a success in charts and it lead Diddy to drop them off the label and the group disbanding. Years later in 2008 "Reality", their unreleased second album leaked and the label released two more unreleased albums to itunes for the fans. These songs were rumoured to be recorded for their second album, before "Reality" was ultimately recorded instead. They remain one of the shortest lived girlgroups with mysteries all over their history. There has even been rumours of some of the members getting back together after there was no formal "Disbanding" announced.
After the breakup news, we'll add Girls Can't Catch to the countdown. These girls supported Girls Aloud on their last tour and released two amazing singles, "Keep your head Up" and "Echo" but didn't recieve much success or hype around them. "Sadly its over for GCC. We have an incredible year! Thank you so much for your support. It was a pleasure to share this experience with Jess and Phoebe. I will pursuing other projects. I don't believe in giving up. Thank you once again for everything," Agnew wrote on Twitter. "And yes I will be going solo, I've got this far I'm not going to stop now."
After just two singles released, they've toured with The Jonas Brothers and their label mates Girls Aloud on their tours. They finnish up the official statement with words to their fans.
“We’re so thankful for the dedication and generosity from all of the supporters, it's an experience we will never forget and we've loved meeting so many of the GCC family. You honestly don’t expect such warmth and dedication from fans, so when it comes along it actually takes you by surprise. From each of us, to every single GCC fan, we want to say a huge thankyou. Now, to continue our posts of the Girlgroup countdown, we bring you Queensberry, who have had recently some lineup changes that aren't too rare with girlgroups. Since the group formed in 2009 and released their debut single "No Smoke", they've released just four singles from two albums. Their future looks still bit unclear but they've recorded amazing songs. "Too Young" and "Hello (Turn your radio On)" have been hits for good reasons, they do have potential but it looks like German groups have hard time finding the right audience to buy their music in their own country.
Another group for today is actually a duo called Booty Luv. They have released one album that has sold silver in UK and spawned five singles with four of them as Top 20 hits in UK, including amazing tracks like "Some kind of Rush" and "Don't mess with my Man". They are the same two girls from disbanded Big Brovaz and since releasing their latest Top 20-single "Say It", they are seeking a third member to the group. "Say It" wasn't comercial success and they left their label and are currently looking for new one to release their next album with. They've had great start and they are two gorgeous, talented ladies so hopefully they'll get their chance to continue their career!

Eric Saade is a young talent from Sweden that has just reached to his breakthrough after Melodifestivalen, national Eurovision song contest with his song finnish up as third. His new single is called "The break of Dawn" and it's great quality ballad/midtempo and and this song we posted is called "It's Gonna Rain" and it's just one uptempo treat from his album "Masquerade" that went to #2 in Swedish album charts. He has everything there needs to be in a male-artist and great songs too but hopefully he'll try the tough part, to breakthrough in Europe too. He isn't eyeing for the fame outside Sweden yet, but there could be time and space for him to do so. Great artist to add to your collections!

He also confirmed that Blue are in fact already started recording and they will be back, we guess the time "they've been waiting" is now that Lee flopped in charts. Sad, since "Secret Love" was really good track but good because Blue have been missed.

Another source say this will just be a way to release one of the remixes comercially, since there is no single release. "Higher" is currently tipped for single release amongst fans, after they've performed the song in many events with their brand new single. Hopefully "Missing You" does it's work as a major grower and kills the charts next month.

Here is the full version of Darin's "Lovekiller", his brand new single. It's safe to say that he is once again taking a new direction for his music. The last time it was more electric after heavily R&B-influenced material and now it has a new edge. The song sounds fantastic but it's quite a scene from start to it's interesting end and the lyrics are cool too. I'm not sure if I like the album if every track is similar to this, but it works well as a single hit. But I must say this isn't the sharpest first single I've heard from him yet, but it sounds great!

Disputes began cropping up towards the final days of the band before they went on a hiatus."

Medina is now releasing just as appealing follow-up to "You and I" in Europe after recieving moderate success to it in countries like Germany.

Miley Cyrus will release "Two More Lonely People" as the second official single from "Can't Be Tamed". Following the title track, this new single is yet to be added to radio stations but it doesn't stop them playing the song already. Miley has made it already to #119 in CHR Pop 40 Radio charts without adds date. The song is fantastic, combining the current sound of the album to more traditional Miley. The rumours about "Liberty Walk" being the second single weren't true but hopefully it will be unleashed after this. There is no news yet about the video.

Looks like the unreleased album by Girls Can't Catch will be leaked. Four songs from the album, "Mind it", "You're the Kinda Man", "Live my way" and "Discover Me" have been leaked so far. The group broke up officially yesterday with statement written to their official site but these new songs made me kind of sad for them. Looks like their album was going to be full of great tracks after all. They might not be Girls Aloud or filled with personality, but their music sounds like it's full of potential!
The full album is expected to appear in here!

Natasha Bedingfield performing her new single "Touch" on So you think you can Dance. For those you can't view this video, here's youtube link. It was great performance and her vocals are always as sharp live. Too bad she usually wants to change up the arragements a bit and to sing diffirently some parts, since she absolutely shines in the album version. She looks gorgeous and the video is said to be on the way with a premiere date coming up soon.

Their unreleased album has partly leaked from the promotional discs that were released after "Echo". The album included such amazing tracks as "Turn me Up" and "Happy Alone" that will be left unreleased now. Another girlgroup everyone forgets soon but that actually recorded handful of fantastic music. Best of luck to the girls in future!

Don’t worry, you’ll be hearing from each of us very soon!”

There is even one long preview of official remix for "One Shot", listen it from here!
