VipMedia´s Best Unreleased Singles/ Part 2

We continue finally our list of Best Unreleased singles with Pussycat Dolls that have continued milking their second album to extreme as they did with their debut. While it looks like "Hush Hush" is probably the last single from the album, we are crying over one potential hit left unreleased since day one. The Tour version with Melody's vocals, fantastic theme on the tour and the immediately catchy melody is nice combination with "Magic". It's Timbaland's sure-fire work that would totally kill the clubs and radio charts worldwide. Unfortunately it will remain as one of their best unreleased singles.Download the Song!
Girls Aloud have released fantastic, pretty much right singles so far but they've left fantastic songs unreleased too. After three singles released from "Tangled Up", they continued to the tour and didn't release 4th single from the album. "Girl Overboard" is one jumpin' hot club-track that is great mixture of "Something Kinda Oooh" and "Unotouchable", throwing in fantastic chorus that will be stuck in your head for hours. The video for it could've been one of their best too! To left this awsome potential hit unreleased is truly a shame.Download the Song!
A-Teens was one of the best Pop-groups of 2000-century and they had good share of hits charting all over the world. Four swedish kids first formed a group to perform cover versions of ABBA hits and then continued to their orginal material. One of their best songs, "Closer to Perfection" was never materialized as a single, although it had obvious potential. Rumours are that it was planned to be released at some point, but we'll never know the truth now. This Pop-gem has electric edge and absolutely beautiful chorus. Don't skip this one, if you haven't heard it yet. If only this would've been released, what a true Pop-hit!Download the Song!
Britney's "Blackout" was pretty much her best album. After the biggest hype around her new album "Circus" has gone away, we can safely say that "Blackout" is her best record, edgy and full of hits. Mixture of electric pop, R&B influenced bangers and unforgettable melodies. One of the best songs on the album, "Toy Soldier" was such strong effort that it shortly became fan-favourite of the album to be released at any point. Unfortunately only three official singles and one Promo single was released with Britney being unable to promote the record in any way. And this song was unfortunate to be left unreleased. One of the biggest mistakes of her career. But then again, it's an album full of single-choises and half of the plans were scrapped due her mental state. Unfortunately.Download The Song!

Remember A-Teens? The Prime Pop-group from Sweden that started out in 1999 with the brilliant Abba-remakes and then moved on to their orginal material, making hits all over the world and releasing respectable 14 singles. Their last video and single "I promised myself" was released in 2004 and it was huge hit in Sweden, Ukraine, Estonia, Chile, Colombia, Peru and Mexico, also charting well around europe. Their every single was Top 20-single somewhere and mostly very succesful and they released their final album "Greatest Hits" in 2004 before announcing 2-year break and eventually parting their own ways to pursue solo careers.
There has been rumours about possible reunion of the group, but since Sara and Marie are currently still busy with their own careers (Sara releasing soon her debut album and Marie recording her second album). In December, Sara was asked about the connection between the group and she replied the members still being like "another family", yet not being in contact with Marie Serneholt for long time, still wishing her the best. When asked about rumours of the group attending on Swedish eurovision song contest semifinals, Sara replied it being "somewhat true". Rumours say A-Teens were asked to be part of it but they got just Marie Serneholt as a solo artist with her first single "Disconnect Me". Sarah then made a comment about reunion: "Since I'm in a good spot right now with my own record, I said that maybe sometime in the future but not this year. Doesn't really fit with the planning of everything, but it would've been so much fun!"

Marie Serneholt/ Disconnect Me (Preview)

Remember Marie Serneholt? Swedish Pop Princess, ex-A-Teens member with solohits such as "I Need a House" and "That's the way my heart Goes"? Marie is compeating in Swedish national eurovision contest as a wildcard. She will perform the song Disconnect me in her bid to take the Swedish ticket to the Eurovision Song Contest held this year in Moscow.She's had number one hit with her ex-group A-Teens with a cover of Eurovision Song Contest winning band ABBA's "Mamma mia" track. They achieved a huge success and cracked America, defeating Christina Aguilera and Blink-182 to win the Viva Music Award for Best International Newcomer in 2000 and they toured the US with Britney Spears. Her first single, "That's the way my heart goes" became a chart topper and achieved gold status in Sweden, it was a hit around Europe. Her first album, "Enjoy the ride" reached the top ten. She has released three singles, reaching the charts around Europe and is set to release her second solo album in 2009.
She's back now! She's changed from gorgeous blonde dream-girl to brunette, which is the first shocker but the music stays as Pop.

Remember A-teens? Their fabulous tunes really were the real Pop music that the charts nowadays lack. From ABBA-Remakes to hits like "Upside Down", "Floorfiller" and "Halfway Around The World", they had fans all over the world as well as in their own home country Sweden. Group released their first album in 1999 including ABBA-Hits like "Gimme!Gimme!Gimme!", "Dancing Queen" and "Mamma Mia" and after three more albums they decided to disband and release "Greatest Hits" before it.Closer to Perfection

Afterwards, All of the members have tried their wings as solo artists, some more succesfully than another. Dhani, blonde guy from the group was first one to try out with single called "Girl Talk". It was minor hit in Sweden. After the single didnt get enough succes, he continued to modelling but has been recording his album in New York since 2005.

Marie Serneholt, the most succesful one of the group as a solo artist started also modelling and continued her normal life after A-Teens, but soon felt it was time to record her solo album. In 2006, She released her first single "Thats the way my heart goes" and it soon became a huge hit in scandinavia. Single had follow up with "I Need a House", also being hit and with slow ballad "Oxygen" that failed to reach the succes of previous singles. Marie started to work on her 2nd solo album soon after her first record "Enjoy the Ride" in 2007. She is set to return this year with new material.Marie Serneholt-Thats the way my heart goes

Sarah, nowadays known as Sara Love started out her solo effort with a cover of Olivia Newton John's hit, "Let's Get Physical" for a promotional CD for clothing company WeSC, on their album Let's Get Physical with WeSC, but it was not Sara's first official single. The song was electric Pop song that got new fans excited about her. "Glamour Bitch", her debut single was catchy R&B/Pop tune that started out well getting airplay in Sweden and got attention in bubbling-under-music forums, but never got the succes it deserved. Sara is right now preparing for her first solo record.
