Alesha Dixon and her comeback video for "Drummer Boy", the first single from upcoming album. The video was directed by Ray Kay and it was visual, colourful and eye-catching. Too bad the single itself is sort of too weak to be released as a first single and it will either be a huge hit or underperform. She is taking bit of a risk with this but the song has it's moments. It's very diffirent from everything else that is out now too, which could work. The single will be released officially on 5th of September.

Girlgroup countdown/Part 2

3LW is the next up in the girlgroup countdown. Their name stands for "3 Little Women" and their members Naturi Naughton, Adrienne Bailon, and Kiely Williams had their own drama's with Naturi leaving the group after this single. "I Do (Wanna Get Close To You)" wass the first single off 3LW's second album "A Girl Can Mack" and both the album and the single underperformed in the charts and soon after they found a member to replace Naturi, they disbanded and the two orginal members pursued their careers to The Cheetah Girls. "I Do" is fantastic track, definitely their sharpest songs and remains as one of my favourite girlgroup stuff I've heard.
Another one for today is Mis-Teeq, UK's "own Destiny's Child", amazing R&B-group. They achieved seven consecutive UK top ten singles from songs like "All I Want", "One Night Stand" and "B With Me" that included number of international hits too. "Scandalous", one of their biggest hits managed to reach at #35 on the Billboard Hot 100 Singles Chart, remaining their only US hit. Alesha Dixon has so far had succesful solo career, Sabrina has released her first single "OMG" earlier and Su-Elise is expected to release R&B record next year. Mis-teeq disbanded in 2005, following "Greatest Hits" relase that includes all of their 8 singles and bonus material. Too bad the group split up, since they've released amazing tracks. I love especially this one and "One Night stand", both US and UK version.

Alesha Dixon/To Love again (Video)

Alesha Dixon and her new video, perfect for fall called "To Love Again". It's a new single from the new edition of her album, "The Alesha Show - The Encore" that will include three new songs and is to be released on 23rd of November, while the single is out on 15th. The single was penned with Take That-frontman Gary Barlow and Dixon herself. The video features Alesha in beautiful london park while the light is shining to her and her man appearing and dissappearing every now and then. The video and the track are both beautiful, but this probably won't be her biggest hit single to date.

- Girls Aloud's new tour DVD of "Out of Control is due for release on 28th of next month as double DVD set. The set includes the whole show with special footage such as music videos and interview. The content of another disc is yet unknown, so the rumours suggest it could be audio disc of studio versions of the songs from tour.- Beyonce is shocking us all with her non-stop singles. And they said Rihanna or Pussycat Dolls are milking it! Beyonce will release "Video Phone" up next in US and as for the ballad, "Broken-hearted girl" will be released up next. "Sweet Dreams" is her current single outside the states, but despite the great success of it - she is doing it over. "Radio" would've been much better choise than "Video Phone" or "Diva". More details set to appear soon.
- Lady Gaga will release a new Remix EP called "Hitmixes" worldwide on September 1st, and it's already released on Canada. It includes remixes of singles "Poker Face", "Just Dance", "Paparazzi" and even Remix of the title track of the album, "The Fame".
- Fans have been wondering if Miley Cyrus won't release video for her new single "Party in the USA", but she will. She already filmed video for her next single, "When I Look At You" but now the video for the current single is being edited. There is no date set yet for the clip though.
-Alesha Dixon will re-release her album "The Alesha Show" later on. Alesha has said she's "Sort of" doing a new album, she's writing new tracks but she's gonna record some for the "encore" of the album, as she describes it. She also confirmed to officially start on the new album on January 2010.

Talented Alesha Dixon performing her new single, "Let's Get Excited" live on T4. Fantastic performance Alesha! Great vocals, good dancing and she looked very good.
Performance from Beyonce's tour of "Deja Vu/Crazy In Love". This is from her "I Am..." World Tour gig in Prague. It's professionally shot and it even if it's not super-good quality, it looks great. Not the best performance from her, but great video as a preview from her brand new tour. Her vocals are strong and her Sasha Fierce-Divaness is fantastic!

Alesha Dixon/ Let's Get Excited (Video)

Colorful new video from Alesha Dixon, called "Let's get excited". This brand new video from ex-Mis-Teeq member is pretty good, she looks great! The video includes green lasers, cool dancers and some wet action in the end, so basically it's pretty normal club/Pop video. Actually it reminds us from the old Pop videos. Something that she would've done with Mis-teeQ, something similar to S Club 7 and so on. The song is pretty cool, nothing too fancy but cool. Alesha made guite a comeback with her latest album after flopping a bit with her first solo efforts.
