Jojo shot a video earlier this year for "(I Only Know Him) in the Dark" but the project got shelved, because the timing wasn't right. Now she has released the song finally and is taking a new direction musically. Mixtape that she'll release on September 7th is called "Can't Take that away from Me" and it's released from tracks that aren't included on the next album that is yet to be released. The song sounds interesting, but quite appealing and does showcase a new Jojo indeed.

Katy Perry promoting her new album in UK with Album Chart Show Special. Katy performed handful of tracks and gave amazing performance of "Teenage Dream", with beautiful vocals from the beginning. "Teenage Dream" is amazing song and should eventually became a #1 hit everywhere soon. Katy might not be the most sharpest vocalist but she does work her butt off.
She also performed her new track "Peacock" that just screams to be a single. It's controvercial, catchy and something that stays in your head. She did great job with the performance and I look forward to seeing more.

Finally more of Lady Gaga's instrumentals leak! "Dance in the Dark", "Teeth" and "So happy I could Die" have leaked as instrumentals with backup vocals and they can all be found from youtube for now. It would be nice for her label to release official instrumentals in some form from every album, since it's something that fans seems to be wanting. But for now, have yourself a little GAGAoke and sing a long!

A source said: "Cheryl's comeback song is called 'Promise This'. It was actually written months ago and although it's not directly talking about her illness there is a strange lyrical twist that ironically relates to her recent near-death experience. It is similar to the way 'Fight For This Love' related to her marriage drama. A release date hasn't been confirmed for the single but there's talk Cheryl could perform on the second [X Factor] live show after Joe McElderry.
"It's a huge comeback track and Cheryl absolutely loves it. There's a lot of pressure on her to follow up her first album with another multi-platinum seller. But everyone agrees she is back with her best material yet."

New Jive artist Matisse is given a little bit of help with new radio mix of her first single "Better than Her". Matisse's single is now featured by Akon and this version has been sent to radio stations across US. "Get Outta my Way" is amazing song and very catchy but it's not her strongest live tracks to perform. Luckily she did pull off amazing performance and she looked beyond stunning. The styling, the makeup, the dancing and the performance were fantastic and this should work out well. "Get Outta my way" probably won't be a monster hit in US, but this should provide some help to it.

Robbie Williams and Gary Barlow on their new video for "Shame", the first single from the new single collection from Robbie. The video was obviously done in very humoristic way to a theme of "Brokeback Mountain". Their chemistry works in the video and in the song and the chorus sounds great. Lyrics are great as well but the instrumentals lack of something. This video and song should became a hit in UK, just based on the interesting project but it's not exactly his best work in any way. But I look forward to the next project, Take That's next album with Robbie.

Teenage Dream
"Teenage Dream" is much more radio-friendly and instant than the first single and provides amazing chorus that just fills you with good feelings. Perfect second single and sure chart topper. There is no more details I should go into, I just love the song and think it's perfect single for her.
California Gurls
The song was cool summer-tune and it was great single because it did what it was suppose to do but in the end, it wears out quite easily and at the time I heard it for the first time, I didn't think it was all that "current". Glad it worked in the end, theme in the end was perfect for the song.
E.T (Futuristic Lover)
From the very first seconds, this sounds like a hit. It provides a melody in both verses and in chorus that you feel familiar with after hearing them once. Sounds like a classic. Also, it's quite different from her other material, it's more electric but still provides her strong vocals. This is something that sticks out from the album and I think it would've been strong third or fourth single from this album.
Circle the Drain
Katy changes the tone for this song, to angry feminist-ish rocker attitude and delivers cool Pop/Rock track. This has been said to be channelling Alanis Morisette, but it's more Kelly Clarkson than Morisette. This one was released prior the album in itunes, but I wouldn't release this as a single though.
Peacock
Katy Perry completely surprises me with this track that is like a mixture of "If U Seek Amy", "Rude Boy" and Gwen Stefani's style but still not trying too hard to be different. The song's appeal is quite permanent. It first annoys the hell out of you but it grows in to you very quickly and becames something in between but very catchy. The lyrics are amazing, absolutely filthy but very effective! This should be sent to radios RIGHT AWAY.
Firework
Apparently the next single after the title track. The song might not be the first one I would release from the album next, but it has great moments and some raw vocals and emotions. It's alright track and good grower but it needs couple more spins to grow on me totally.

Whether it works for Nadine remains to be seen. The 25-year-old from Northern Ireland has been working in LA for two years now on her "dream" album. She had signed with Geffen Records, but the deal came unstuck over finances. So far she's worked with Robbie Williams' former songwriting partner Guy Chambers, Madonna's one-time producer William Orbit and singer songwriter Lucie Silvas and is close to finishing her record.
Sources say: "Tesco will sell her album exclusively to their customers and it won't be available anywhere else, and being able to work on the music that she wants was the main reason for going with Tesco. She's decided who she's wanted to work with from the start. She's in control of every single decision - from the writers, the producers and the collaborators - and wants to produce her dream album. She didn't want to be a puppet for a record company."
The new deal confirms reports that Nadine is at least a year away from returning to the band that made her famous. Girls Aloud still have a three-album deal with Fascination Records to fulfil, but sources say Nadine won't join them until she's given the solo project her best shot.
"She's planning a year of publicity, performing on her own and creating a brand for herself, She hasn't started to think about when she will return to the band - or even if she will."

Kaci Battaglia and Ludacris in new video for "Body Shots". The song, the video and the oufits are long cry from the perfection that was her previous video/song, "Crazy possessive". All of the things listed look kinda dated and cheap. "Body Shots" is a grower though and fun club track, but after "Crazy Possessive" there is just no comparison. Darin and his fifth single, "Microphone" from the new album "LoveKiller". Despite releasing five singles prior the album, there has been no videos released. No videos done under this new label. "Microphone" might just be the smartest choice from the album, since it provides a new edge on the similar sound he is recycling on the album. He is keen on this 80's type of big echoed Pop/rock-instrumentals and the album is completely lacking a material to dance to. He has lost the R&B-Pop style and electronic edge he had and has made a turnaround. Hopefully this is just a phase for him, since no matter how "consistent" the album sounds, it sounds all the same.

The Saturdays are about to release their mini-album "Headlines" on monday 16th of August and we are here to post our review of it. We must underline the fact that it's worth every penny and includes strong form of tracks that will no doubt attract more sales to them than "Wordshaker" did. It does include three songs from the second album, but it's all good. "Headlines" is shaping up to be their next best hit record.
Missing You
Their first single released from the album and it already is splitting up the opinions all around. It's not leaving the general public cold though, since they are close to be having their first #1 single with it. They sing half of the track through vocoder but make it work in the electric ballad that you can dance to. The consept just works for me completely and even the dance routine has grown on me. The chorus makes the whole set complete and makes you hum the song in your dreams. It's damn catchy song and one of their finest singles and to be honest, their best first single.
Ego
Their second single off "Wordshaker" was good enough to be included for this EP and good enough to be their second best selling single. The song is still as good as it was, but I still think the chorus is lacking something that verses have. They should've added the Radio Edit to this EP instead of the album version.
Higher
This is officially the second single and it became an early fanfavourite from the album, even before "Missing You" was out. It's another autotuned hit to be happening and it has strong melodic synth with catchy chorus in similar way with "Up". This one is expected to be their next huge hit.
Forever Is Over
This was the first single from the previous album and it must be the lowest ranked track from this EP. It took quite long time to grow and it took short time to get bored to. It's not bad song, but it doesn't have enough POP and catchyness to keep up the intrest like their other songs usually do. The chorus is beautiful but it's just too dark for them.
Died In Your Eyes
This is the Kristinia DeBarge-cover and it shaped up being better than I expected. This became instantly a personal track for me by it's lyrics. Despite being a cover, it sounds like orginal track by them and I could even see this being their christmas single. Even if I'd release "Puppet" first. This even sounds like a throwback to the sound of All Saints in someway. Not bad.
Karma
The song kicks in quite instantly and it's fun electro-pop event for them. It's fun album track, but not worth to be released as a single despite being quite catchy one.
Puppet
This was the most anticipated track for me from the whole set. It features bassy, sassy verses that transform the girls into Pussycat Dolls-esque kittens. It's still tasty, classy but sounds very diffirent from their previous songs. The chorus is one of the catchiest I've heard in a long time. This just MAKES you dance and stays in your head for weeks. If this won't became a single, I'm gonna beat someone. "Puppet" sounds like a club-hit too, which isn't something The Saturdays have reached before. New sound, new image and sexy video and they have hit in their hands. The first leaked version sounded tasty but HQ version sounds overwhealmingly great!
One Shot (Starsmith Mix)
"One Shot" was planned to be single from "Wordshaker" and the whole plot with having this little modified remix to be added to this EP proves it. Starsmith Mix doesn't change the structure of the song, it just adds new electro elements to it. It's not bad and it was never a bad song. This mix wraps up a fantastic mini-album and it's totally worth of purchasing. They are the type of a girlgroup who have never released a bad album. "Wordshaker" might've been a small flop, but it was never bad record. Hopefully they'll get lots of success with this one.

He stated that there is "no news of new music for now" and later revealed that Britney is featured in a magazine cover spread next month, and that Brit will announce some news for the fans. Obviously the news will be denied up until the point when the official confirmation is done, which is similar to what they did with "Singles Collection" earlier.

Taio Cruz performs his latest hit, "Dynamite" on America's Got Talent. The single became #3 hit in US and in Canada. We are yet to hear from the new version with Jennifer Lopez, but he is busy promoting the main version. His vocals were great, but slightly thin though. He performed live on top of the playback. "Dynamite" as a song is a hit after just one listen and no wonder. The song was by Cruz himself with Max Martin and produced by Dr. Luke and Benny Blanco, which means it's certified hit material. Hopefully the remix with Jennifer Lopez is out soon!

It's full of partying people having fun and it includes Katy and her man all over each other. The video will premiere on MTV on next Tuesday, August 10th at 8 PM EST. It looks like she'll have another hit in her hands again. The song is amazing, instant and I can relate to it perfectly.

"The reason we decided to do a mini album is because we’d just finished our second album and were just about to start recording the third but we found some tracks we felt really passionate about. They sounded really current and we just wanted to release them now. We’re proud of all the tracks on Headlines! – I think Missing You is a total summer anthem, while our next single Higher is a classic Saturdays pop tune, along the lines of Up and Ego. We can’t help but dance around when it comes on!"

They've split the screen, they switch it up, show smaller screens of the girls, change from Black and white to color and so on and it works. Ke$ha's latest single, "Take it Off" has climbed to Top 20 of US Itunes, to just outside Top 15. She also made a jump from #92 to respectable #52 at last week's Billboard charts.

The Saturdays that are riding high on UK's itunes currently, shot earlier an advert for their upcoming mini album "Headlines". The set was identical to how the cover looks like and it features the girls "performing" the last three singles that are all included on the album. It was cool and will catch some attention for sure. I'm very happy "Missing You" is doing so well. Could it rise up to #1 on itunes? Check out behind the scenes video from the girls, singing TLC's "No scrubs" and being on the set of their new document series.

The Saturdays once again promoting their new single "Missing You" that is currently just outside Top 5 on itunes at #6. They mimed again but looked great and the promotion for the song is what matters and they've done plenty of that already, They've worked their butts off for this single. Hopefully it'll be a huge hit for them. The physical copy will be out tomorrow and it includes their fantastic b-side "Ready to Rise" so make sure you'll get it!
What do you think about the performance?

A1 performing their new single "In love and I hate It" that was just released in Norway. This is a follow-up to their Eurovision track "Don't Wanna Lose You Again" that was one of Norway's entries in the national finals. The UK-based group has one Norwegian member and they've gained success in his home country with few singles already. Their comeback album is yet to be released. The single is rumoured to have UK release later on, but will it be a hit in there?

Alesha Dixon and her comeback video for "Drummer Boy", the first single from upcoming album. The video was directed by Ray Kay and it was visual, colourful and eye-catching. Too bad the single itself is sort of too weak to be released as a first single and it will either be a huge hit or underperform. She is taking bit of a risk with this but the song has it's moments. It's very diffirent from everything else that is out now too, which could work. The single will be released officially on 5th of September.

The Saturdays "Headlines" leaked last night as a web-rip, so here is "Higher" as a full version. This is the official second single from the album and it sounds like a sure hit for them, another safe Top 10 like "Ego" and "Up" were. Their vocals sound great, slightly autotuned though but it's nice to hear Una again featured permanently on a track. The song IS catchy, amazing but this isn't the best one we've heard yet. The Mini album, that will be out on August 16th includes another our favourite to became a single later on, "Puppet". It's edgier and has one of the catchiest chorus's I've heard in long time. Listen to it from here! Fierce!

Pink announced earlier on twitter that she has shot three exclusive videos for her tour and just for her fans, because "she loves the fans so much and appreciate all your support". The first one from the bunch is this, new version of "Please Don't Leave Me" which is cute, very fitting to her circus-theme. Very cute idea to shoot a video just for the fans. Her latest US single "Glitter in the air" was a Top 20 single for her and it's set to be the final single. Good idea to extend the "Funhouse" with these videos. The album has sold well over 6 million copies to date worldwide.

The Saturdays performing their current hit single "Missing You" at Magic Numbers. They looked absolutely stunning, shining on the golden dresses with their beautiful faces all polished. They performed with pre-recorded vocals again, but it was overall enjoyable performance. The girls are just so amazing. The single is out now, so make sure you'll purchase the single either digitally or a hard copy of the single from your local CD-Store in UK. The girls deserve another hit!

Earlier, Britney's manager Adam Leber denied the news about the new music.

David Archuleta and his new video for "Something about Love". The video is cool, reflects the song well and it has cute moments in it. Both song and the video aren't something we haven't heard before but they both work. The song is beautiful, showcases his fantastic vocals and it's good to hear slightly diffirent sound to him. Not much, but there is some new elements. Cool track and video, Archie!

Katy Perry and the official preview of "Teenage Dream" video. The preview looks fantastic, just like I imagined it to be like.

After the confirmation about the single, she incisted that "Wordshaker" wasn't a flop and that they chose not to release more singles from it. The girls are busy currently promoting their single, they have mini album coming up as well as their first book and jewellery line. They will also star in their own reality series following the group around.
"Headlines" is out on Monday 16th of August.

King also revealed that the band have written a B-side called 'Ready To Rise' for their new single, 'Missing You'. She said: "We actually wrote the 'Missing You' B-side too. It's a song called 'Ready To Rise' and it's quite a cheesy one, but we all love a bit of that sometimes!"
"Missing You" will be out on 8th of August.
